Pre-Orders may be refunded at anytime before shipment with a 5% transaction fee to cover our fees and processing. You will lose your place for demand products. Ordering a product before release and you will be charged upfront for the product. CKR USA does not set release dates and it is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a product is not released on the advertised date there is no automatic refund.

Motorsports can be dangerous. CKR USA is not responsible for any damage, injury or death caused by any activity where CKR USA supplies product(s) or service(s) used in motorsports. Product safety is the responsibility of the buyer.
